The Managing Partner is Phil Mileham, who joined the practice in 1991 and became a partner of the practice in April 2004. Phil has overall responsibility for the running of the practice and the development of the business. He manages four teams: the medical team; the nursing team; the administration team and the reception team. There are over twenty administration and nursing staff employed by the practice, together with three employed doctors.

The Practice Manager is Christine Anderson, who takes responsibility for the day-to-day management of the practice, and looks after the administration team.  She also is responsible for the management of the computer systems and overseas staff training and development. She manages the practice payroll and the day-to-day finances.

The Medical Team (the partners) meet every week to discuss practice issues - each partner has special areas of responsibility, and work with Phil to develop those areas of the business.

The Nursing Team is managed by Trudy Howe, who is the Senior Practice Nurse and Team Leader. She works with four part-time Practice Nurses and organises the clinical priorities of the practice with Dr Anne Huson.  The nurses provide chronic disease management and health promotion services and hold surgeries both at the Health Centre and the Annexe.  Recent additions to Nurse led surgeries are a Minor Illness Clinic and Travel Clinic.
