Register with us

Anyone living within our practice boundary can register with the practice, unless the maximum number of patients that we can safely look after has been exceeded (this is called “closing the list”)

Please apply in person at reception. If you can bring an NHS card this is useful as it has your NHS number on it. Your records will be requested from the Health Authority but as it can take some weeks for this information to reach us we ask that you complete a simple health questionnaire. You may be invited for a New Patient Medical with the doctor or nurse based on the information you give us.

When registering with us, you are registering with the practice and will be allocated one of the GP partners though you can see any doctor you wish to.  When you ring for an appointment, every effort will be made to give you an appointment with a doctor of your choice.
