COVID-19 Help and Advice

If you have any queries around Covid-19 Coronavirus infection, or if you have a new cough, high temperature of flu-like symptoms, you should consult NHS 111 online for the latest official guidance and the next steps.  You should only telephone NHS 111 if you are struggling to cope with your symptoms.

If you are enquiring about a sick-note in relation to Covid-19 Coronavirus infection, including social distancing or self-isolation, please go to www.gov.uk for the latest guidance. Your employer should also do this. It may not be necessary to issue a doctors sick note.

In terms of prescriptions, the NHS guidance is that we will not be issuing prescriptions for longer than the usual one month duration, as this may lead to NHS medication shortages.

Please do not attend the Health Centre unless you have been advised to do so.
